Day 1: Arrival Kathmandu
Upon your arrival at the airport, our representative will meet you and transfer you to your hotel. Kathmandu, the capital of Nepal, is situated in the Kathmandu Valley, serving as the political and cultural hub of the country. Modern Kathmandu comprises two cities, Patan and Kathmandu. Spend the night at Hotel Ramada in Kathmandu, and enjoy a welcome dinner in the evening with the rest of the group.

Days 2-4: Nagarkot
After breakfast, drive to Nagarkot, located on the edge of the Kathmandu Valley, offering captivating landscapes and cultural richness. Here are the highlights of your stay:

Day 5: Nagarkot – Kathmandu – Pokhara
After breakfast, transfer to Kathmandu airport for a flight to Pokhara at 12:05 pm. Upon arrival, transfer to Hotel Mount Kailash Pokhara. Spend the evening exploring the lakeside area or painting inside the hotel.

Days 6-9: Pokhara
Join a watercolor painting retreat in Pokhara guided by Tony. Highlights include:

After breakfast, enjoy a free morning for painting. In the afternoon, transfer to the airport for a flight to Kathmandu and then to Chandragiri. Take a cable car to Chandragiri Hills for panoramic views of Kathmandu Valley and the Himalayan ranges. Stay overnight at Chandragiri Hills.
Tony will guide you in exclusive painting sessions, capturing the essence of Chandragiri. Explore historical treasures and engage in an evening painting session during the sunset.

- Payment Conditions: A reservation deposit of $500 per person is required upon booking. Final payment is due 60 days before the departure date.
- Alteration to Workshop Vacation Price: The price of the Painting Workshop Tour is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances and fluctuations in travel and accommodation costs. If any increase in the Workshop Vacation price is unacceptable to the registered member, a full refund of the amount paid will be provided.
- Cancellation and Amendments:
- Cancellation conditions do not apply to clients with future cruise/tour credits, which are non-refundable.
- Written cancellations received 60 or more days before the departure date will incur a cancellation fee of $500 per person.
- Cancellations received 60 or fewer days before departure will result in the forfeiture of all payments made.
- No refunds will be issued for unused services during the Workshop Tour.
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover unforeseen events and cancellation fees resulting from illness, accidents, or other contingencies.
- One amendment to travel arrangements is permitted free-of-charge after booking confirmation. Subsequent changes will incur a $25 amendment fee per change, plus supplier charges.
- Minimum Workshop Tour Numbers: Each Painting Workshop tour is priced based on a minimum number of participants. If fewer than the minimum number of members have confirmed their booking 60 days before the start date, Painting Holiday Tours reserves the right to cancel the Workshop Tour, offering a full refund or modified arrangements at a different price.
