š Meet your fellow artists at a warm welcome dinner, where Cheryl introduces the week ahead.
š Day 2: Orange Botanic Gardens
šļø Monday, 9th Nov ā Painting Among Gums & Lagoons šæ
š Travel locally (approx. 10 mins) to the beautiful Orange Botanic Gardens.
šØ Sketch and paint the lagoons, gums, chapel and floral gardens.
š„Ŗ BYO packed lunch. Return to hotel around 4:00 pm.
š Day 3: Carcoar ā āThe Town Time Forgotā
šļø Tuesday, 10th Nov ā Historic Streets & Railway Station š
š Travel to Carcoar (approx. 45 mins). Depart 8:00ā8:30 am.
šØ Paint the heritage main street, river outlook, old railway station and Stoke Stable Museum.
š½ Lunch options: The Village Grocer or The Royal Hotel. Return 5:00ā5:30 pm.
š Day 4: Carcoar ā Second Painting Day
šļø Wednesday, 11th Nov ā More Time in Carcoar āļø
š Return to Carcoar (45 mins). Depart 8:00ā8:30 am.
šØ Capture more sketches of the stone buildings, quiet streets and rustic scenery.
š Leave Carcoar at 3:00 pm for some late-afternoon free time.
š Day 5: Millthorpe ā Spring Colours
šļø Thursday, 12th Nov ā Charming Heritage Village šø
š Travel to Millthorpe (approx. 30 mins). Depart 8:30 am.
šØ Paint the historic buildings, blooming spring main street and old train station.
š½ Lunch options: The Providore or Millthorpe Hotel. Return around 5:30 pm.
š Day 6: Lake Canobolas & Local Vineyard/Farm
šļø Friday, 13th Nov ā Lakeside & Vineyard Views š
š Local travel (approx. 15 mins). Depart 8:45 am.
šØ Morning painting at Lake Canobolas ā reflections, old trees and birdlife.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change. Below is our general cancellation policy for all tours:š¹ Cancellation by the Participant
- More than 90 days before the tour start date: Full refund minus the holding amount, which is non-refundable.
- 30 to 90 days before the tour start date: 50% refund of the total tour price.
- Less than 30 days before the tour start date: No refund unless a replacement participant is found.
š¹ Cancellation by the Organizer
In the rare case that we need to cancel the tour due to unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters, insufficient registrations, or instructor unavailability), you will be offered:- A full refund of all payments made (excluding the holding amount), OR
- The option to transfer your booking to a future tour at no extra cost.
š¹ Travel Insurance & Liability
- Travel Insurance: It is highly recommended that all participants secure their own travel insurance. This should cover unforeseen cancellations, medical expenses, personal liability, loss of luggage, and other potential travel risks.
- Liability: While every effort will be made to ensure a safe and enjoyable tour, Painting Holiday Tours is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage during the trip.

- If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your booking to another person up to 7 days before the tour (subject to approval).
- Date changes are allowed only at the discretion of the organizer and may be subject to additional fees.
